1. Our offers and prices
Our offers are valid in Switzerland and in Europe. Prices shown are inclusive of all taxes and are valid until a new offer is put in place, except in the case of mistakes or changes in prices.
2. Shipping costs
In addition to the price of the goods you purchase we will charge a shipping fee per order of CHF 6.- for Switzerland and CHF 15.- for Europe. This charge will also apply to special offers.
3. Order
By placing an order you agree to be completely and unreservedly bound by our general sales terms and conditions. No derogation will be deemed valid unless expressly validated by Valeve SA. This is equally valid if Valeve SA has unconditionally accepted your order despite being aware of exceptional conditions.
4. E-mail confirmation and execution of the contract
After submitting your order, if you have provided your e-mail address, you will be sent an automatic confirmation by e-mail of your offer. The contract only comes into force after the period allowed for the return of goods. The contract is not saved in our system and therefore it can no longer be consulted once the order process is complete. However, you may print the details of your order as soon as you have submitted it.
5. Delivery
If you order beauty products on the Internet, they will be dispatched as quickly as possible, generally most products are delivered within 4-6 days. If you order by post, the average delivery time is 7 days.
If you are not happy with the products you have ordered, you may return them to us free of charge.
6. Our guarantees

The brands, slogans and logos are the property of Valeve SA and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent fromValeve SA.
8. Payment
You will receive a receipted invoice at the same time as receiving your products. If you need a second receipt, you may request one from Valeve SA.
